Landlords can receive subsidies for making their rental properties more sustainable. The Subsidy Scheme for Sustainability and Maintenance of Rental Housing (SVOH) is for insulation, sustainable heating and ventilation.
Terms
The property is an existing home (no new construction) and is intended for rental.
The rental property was rented before the measures were implemented.
The work was performed no more than 12 months ago.
The subsidy is a maximum of €10,000 per home. Are you installing a heat pump or solar water heater? Then the maximum is €15,000.

For monuments, you can request a contribution towards the cost of maintenance, repair or preservation. You are required to do maintenance if it is necessary for the preservation of the monument. You may not simply rebuild or change monuments. For this you need an environmental permit.
For municipal monuments, apply for this grant from the municipality
Owners of municipal monuments can recover 25% of the eligible maintenance and restoration costs with a maximum of € 10,000 per 5 years. A maximum of half of this amount can be used to insulate the property. You apply for the subsidy prior to the execution of the work. It is important that the quick scan is carried out by someone with specific knowledge of monuments, such as Monumentenwacht. North Brabant.
For national monuments, apply for this grant from the state
Private homeowners can apply for maintenance and restoration grants each year. The housing subsidy you can apply each year from March 1 to April 30 for costs incurred in the previous year. You can apply for a grant for 38% of the costs. You can find more information on the State Department of Cultural Heritage website.
Do you have a built national monument that is not (originally) a residential building, such as a church or factory? Then you can apply for a conservation grant applications.
Inspections Monument Watch North Brabant
The municipality of Laarbeek encourages owners of municipal and national monuments to join Monumentenwacht Noord-Brabant. The costs for the subscription and the biannual inspections are subsidized by the municipality. The conditions for the subsidy can be found in the yet to be determined Subsidy ordinance monuments municipality of Laarbeek.

Do you have any questions?
Contact the municipality and ask for the monuments officer.
Are you planning to make your home more energy efficient? You may be able to take advantage of the sustainability loan. This allows you to borrow money to invest in an energy-efficient home.
How you arrange it
You can apply for a loan when you have an offer for the energy-saving measures you want to take. You can apply via this application form. If your application is approved, you will receive an allocation letter. With this allocation letter, you will apply for your loan within 8 weeks via www.svn.nl.
What you need to know
The sustainability loan allows homeowners to invest in energy-saving measures. For example, facade, roof or floor insulation, or a solar water heater or heat pump. This way you use more sustainable energy sources, reduce your energy costs and increase living comfort. In addition, it reduces CO2 emissions in the municipality.
Water-side adjustment of the central heating system
Prerequisites:
Only owner-occupiers (including CoEs) and tenants can apply for loans.
Applying for a loan is possible from May 19, 2020 until the budget runs out. Applicants will be notified in time when the budget runs out.
The minimum amount you can borrow is € 2,500. The maximum amount is €10,000.
The term of the loan is 15 years. For amounts under €7,500, it is 10 years.
The loan is a construction deposit.
We want to avoid "stacking" loans. Therefore, the loan cannot be used together with the starter loan.
Early redemption can be done penalty-free from €250.
SVn (Stimuleringsfonds Volkshuisvesting Nederlandse gemeenten) sets the interest rate and further conditions. SVn tests the loans together with the municipality and takes care of the practical implementation for us.
Solar Panels
Solar Panels are not covered by the sustainability loan.
With a sustainability loan you can, under good conditions and low interest, borrow money to make your home more sustainable. You can borrow the money for energy-saving measures, such as: wall, roof and floor insulation or HR++ glass. But you can also borrow money for measures to sustainably generate energy or heat. Such as solar panels, solar collectors or a (hybrid) heat pump.
The sustainability loan can be obtained from the National Heat Fund, not with the municipality of Soest. The National Heat Fund is an initiative of the central government. The Heat Fund has existed since 2013 and is the financing instrument of energy transition in the Netherlands.
If your owner-occupied home is poorly insulated, you can apply for a subsidy of €1,300 to insulate. The house must have a WOZ value of less than € 340,000 (reference date January 1, 2022). In addition, your house must have energy label D, E, F or G or 2 or more poorly insulated building parts.
For which insulation measures do you get a subsidy?
For any kind of insulation, Postma Afbouw is at your service. There is little more annoying than poor insulation that causes cold or noise pollution. Therefore, make sure that your home, office or other property has the best insulation. Together with you, Postma Afbouw will choose the best insulation material and the best insulation technique, so that you will have good insulation in no time. Postma Afbouw provides you with floors with sound insulation, attic insulation, but also other forms of insulation for the ideal living or working environment.
Owners' associations can apply for subsidies to make the building more sustainable. For example, for installing new window frames with insulating glass or insulating the roof.

A number of conditions apply:
Proof must be provided that the parking spaces are owned by the VvE members. This is stipulated in the subdivision deed.
Evidence must be provided of a positive decision (e.g., the minutes) of the association's General Assembly on the installation of the basic charging infrastructure.
A signed quotation with a technical description must be provided. The quotation must include the following components of the basic charging infrastructure:
power lines, conduit penetrations and/or cabling
Subdivision boxes and/or flat ribbon wiring
provisions for optimal power distribution and power consumption (smart charging)
Central way to turn off charging stations for fire safety
data network for connection to the internet
Number of parking spaces connectable to the basic charging infrastructure
How residents access charging stations
The subsidy is €100 per parking space for which the charging infrastructure is installed.
