The loan is also intended to make your home life-proof, so you can live independently at home for longer. We offer the Future-proof Living Loan in cooperation with the\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/svn.nl\/toekomstbestendig-wonen-gelderland\" aria-label=\"opens external website\">Public Housing Stimulation Fund (SVn)<\/a>\u00a0and the<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gelderland.nl\/\" aria-label=\"opens external website\">\u00a0Province of Gelderland<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Types of loans<\/h3>\n<p>There are 4 different loans with their own interest rates and amount you can borrow maximum:<\/p>\n<h4>Consumer loan<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You can apply for a minimum of \u20ac2,500 and a maximum of \u20ac30,000.<\/li>\n<li>You can borrow up to \u20ac50,000 for \"zero on the meter\" homes, making your home natural gas-free, or asbestos remediation combined with sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>The interest rate is 1.6%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mortgage loan<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You can apply for a minimum of \u20ac2,500 and a maximum of \u20ac50,000.<\/li>\n<li>For a 10-year term, the interest rate is 1.6%.<\/li>\n<li>For a 20-year term, the interest rate is 1.8%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Redemption<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Your home is worth more than the amount of your mortgage.
