The measures must be energy measures and other measures can also be co-financed. These include, for example, climate measures, measures to make the homes in the VVE fit for life and renovation. We offer the Future-proof housing loan for homeowner associations in cooperation with the housing incentive fund (SVn) and the Province of Limburg. <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"\/en\/provincie\/gelderland\/\"   title=\"Gelderland\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"87\">Gelderland<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Characteristics of the loan<\/h3>\n<p>The Future-proof Housing Loan for Owners' Associations (VVEs) is an incentive loan that is provided on a business basis. The features of the loan are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The interest rate is 1.8%.<\/li>\n<li>The loan term for a small VVE (up to 8 apartments) is up to 20 years.<\/li>\n<li>A small VVE can apply for a minimum of \u20ac2,500 and a maximum of \u20ac25,000 per apartment.<\/li>\n<li>For a large VVE (8 apartments or more), the term of the loan is between 15 and 25 years, depending on the loan amount.<\/li>\n<li>A large VVE can apply for a minimum of \u20ac2,500 and a maximum of \u20ac50,000 per apartment.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum loan amount for a large VVE is \u20ac20,000 and the maximum loan amount for a large VVE is \u20ac5 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can find more information about the Futureproof Housing Loan for VVEs in the\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/gmb-2023-289228.html\" aria-label=\", opens external website\">Regulation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It should concern a VVE in Arnhem.<\/li>\n<li>It must contribute to one or more of the policy goals, as listed in the Regulation.<\/li>\n<li>Energy measures are mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>The measures for which the VVE can apply for a loan are listed in the\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl\/CVDR698267\/1#d57670724e306\" aria-label=\", opens external website\">measure list<\/a><span class=\"italic\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Request<\/h3>\n<p>The VVE first requests permission for the measures via the button below.
