With the Future-proof housing loan for owners' associations, owners' associations can finance measures to make the association more sustainable. The measures must be energy measures and other measures can also be co-financed. These include, for example, climate measures, measures to make the homes in the VVE fit for life and renovation. We offer the Future-proof housing loan for homeowner associations in cooperation with the housing incentive fund (SVn) and the Province of Limburg. Gelderland.

Characteristics of the loan

The Future-proof Housing Loan for Owners' Associations (VVEs) is an incentive loan that is provided on a business basis. The features of the loan are:

  • The interest rate is 1.8%.
  • The loan term for a small VVE (up to 8 apartments) is up to 20 years.
  • A small VVE can apply for a minimum of €2,500 and a maximum of €25,000 per apartment.
  • For a large VVE (8 apartments or more), the term of the loan is between 15 and 25 years, depending on the loan amount.
  • A large VVE can apply for a minimum of €2,500 and a maximum of €50,000 per apartment.
  • The minimum loan amount for a large VVE is €20,000 and the maximum loan amount for a large VVE is €5 million.

Terms

  • It should concern a VVE in Arnhem.
  • It must contribute to one or more of the policy goals, as listed in the Regulation.
  • Energy measures are mandatory.
  • The measures for which the VVE can apply for a loan are listed in the measure list.

The VVE first requests permission for the measures via the button below. Do you have permission? You will then receive an allocation letter by e-mail. With this letter you can apply for the loan at the SVn.
