Preservation program for national monuments

In this nationwide relief program, homeowners of national monuments not only receive 50% discounts on preservation advice, they also receive free advice and guidance towards the actual implementation of preservation measures. Examples include counter-reading quotes from contractors or accompanying them to preliminary consultations with the municipality.

Amount

You can get 50% discounted consulting fees, up to a maximum of €1,750 (excluding VAT) for a feasibility study or customized advice. You can then be reimbursed for further advice and guidance towards implementation 100% up to a maximum of €2,500.

Main conditions

• The property is a national monument
• The sustainability consultation is performed and billed by one of the nine selected DuMo consultants contracted for the de-care program (the discount is settled by them on the invoice)
• You have concrete plans to take sustainability measures in your own monument, and within 6 months after completion of the unburdening process you apply to the municipality for a permit to actually implement the intended measures (or have them implemented)
