The municipalities of Aa and Hunze, Borger-Odoorn, Coevorden, Emmen, Hardenberg and Hoogeveen (or the Region Deal South and East Drenthe) provide subsidies for making your home more sustainable. Think of energy-saving measures such as insulation, HR++ glass or solar panels.

Maximum €4,000, depending on the measures you implement.
Main conditions
- You own the property and live in it yourself
- Your household's aggregate income in 2024 does not exceed €52,671 per year
- The subsidy can be applied for before or after the work is done, but you must show a signed quote or invoice when doing so (note: there is a risk that the subsidy pot will be empty if you apply afterwards)
