With cavity wall insulation, not only will your energy bills be lower, living comfort increases significantly. The interior walls stay warmer, resulting in a more even temperature in your home. This means warm feet and a comfortable feeling, even on the coldest days.
Roes Voegwerken has specialized in cavity wall insulation and has developed an efficient four-step approach:
- Drill Holes
Holes are drilled at the beginning of the process. This is done according to a specific pattern: every meter at the intersection of the butt and ribbon joints. - Endoscopic examination
After drilling, the cavity walls are checked with an endoscopic examination. This allows the professional to assess how best to install the insulation. - Facade insulation
The hollow space, or cavity, between the walls is filled with HR++ insulation beads. These beads consist of expanded polystyrene mixed with environmentally friendly glue. Thanks to special equipment, this material is effectively blown into the cavity wall without later collapsing. - Jointing holes by color
After isolation, the previously drilled holes are carefully and precisely grouted. This is done with grout that matches the color of the existing joints, so that no visible traces of the operation remain.
With these steps, Roes Voegwerken provides effective cavity wall insulation, making homes better insulated against cold in winter and heat in summer.
