A green roof holds water when a lot of rain falls at once. In summer, such a roof is cooler. A green roof does require more maintenance than a normal roof.
For installing a green roof, you as a homeowner or renter get:
- For an area of 7m2 or more or
- At 25 liters or more per m2
€20 per m² subsidy with a maximum of €1,500.
For organizations:
- For an area of 14m2 or more or
- At 25 liters or more per m2
€20 per m² subsidy with a maximum of €3,000.
