Woningen die gebouwd zijn tussen 1927 en 1974 hebben meestal een spouwmuur. Tijdens de bouw werden deze spouwmuren nog niet geïsoleerd. Het kan dus zo zijn dat u een niet geïsoleerde gevel heeft. Hier gaat nog veel warmte verloren en uw energierekening is onnodig hoog. Bij woningen in deze bouwperiode is spouwmuur- en/of vloer/bodemisolatie een uitkomst. In deze bouwperiode is het ook mogelijk dat de spouwmuren al na geïsoleerd zijn. Weet u het niet zeker? Eén van onze adviseurs kan dit makkelijk voor u controleren. De specialist controleert of de spouw eerder is geïsoleerd is en hoe breed de spouw is. Daarnaast wordt er beoordeeld of er sprake is van spouwvervuiling of andere zichtbare gebreken. Als laatst zal het aantal vierkante meter van de woning worden opgemeten. Dit doen wij allemaal om u zo eerlijk en goed mogelijk te adviseren, zodat u weet waar u aan toe bent.
Landlords can receive subsidies for making their rental properties more sustainable. The Subsidy Scheme for Sustainability and Maintenance of Rental Housing (SVOH) is for insulation, sustainable heating and ventilation.
Terms
The property is an existing home (no new construction) and is intended for rental.
The rental property was rented before the measures were implemented.
The work was performed no more than 12 months ago.
The subsidy is a maximum of €10,000 per home. Are you installing a heat pump or solar water heater? Then the maximum is €15,000.

Subsidy for insulating glazing
The SVOH scheme allows landlords to receive subsidies for insulating glass.
If you combine glass insulation (within 12 months) with roof, wall, cavity wall, or floor insulation, a heat pump or solar water heater, then you qualify for the higher subsidy amount.

Subsidy for insulation measures
The SVOH scheme allows landlords to receive subsidies for insulation measures. If you combine multiple insulation measures, a heat pump or solar water heater, you are eligible for the higher subsidy amount.
Minimum area requirements apply: for facade and cavity wall insulation this is 10m2 per dwelling. For roof and floor insulation, a minimum of 70% of the total roof or floor area of the building must be insulated.
It is not possible to apply for subsidies more than once for the same insulation measure.
VvEs can apply for a subsidy to install a heat pump or solar water heater for sustainable heating. The subsidy amount is calculated based on the capacity of the installation. Typically, the subsidy is between 20 and 30% of the cost.

How much subsidy will you receive?
You will receive a maximum subsidy of € 10,000 per home. If you also install a solar water heater or heat pump, this maximum is € 15,000.
