If your owner-occupied home is poorly insulated, you can apply for a subsidy of €1,300 to insulate. The house must have a WOZ value of less than € 340,000 (reference date January 1, 2022). In addition, your house must have energy label D, E, F or G or 2 or more poorly insulated building parts.
For which insulation measures do you get a subsidy?
- cavity wall insulation
- facade insulation
- floor insulation
- bottom insulation
- roof insulation
- attic/floor insulation
- glass and frame panels
- insulating doors
- fixing materials for installation of insulation in the case of DIY
In the following cases, you must choose between 2 insulation measures:
- floor insulation or bottom insulation
- roof insulation or attic/flat insulation.
Subsidy for insulation via insulating doors and/or insulating panels in window frames can only be combined with HR++, triple or vacuum glass.
