  • In the case of demolition and new construction, costs for relocation, refurbishment and other ancillary costs, in accordance with the price list are

  • In case of sale to the municipality of Eemdelta, reasonable costs were incurred in selling the property to the municipality of Eemsdelta

  • Costs for labor performed in-house, if the demolition and new construction are performed by the applicant, are not eligible costs

What are the conditions?

  • You must own a property in the Sand Plate South neighborhood in Delfzijl

  • The measures must be fully implemented within five years of the grant decision

  • Demolition and new construction should be carried out in accordance with the applicable Building Code, the applicable NPR and other applicable laws and regulations

  • Prior to implementation, the owner notifies the college when he intends to deviate from the measures for which the grant was awarded

  • For demolition and new construction, the owner must contract with a contractor in accordance with the Woningborg Guarantee and/or Guarantee Scheme New Construction 2020 or comparable

  • If an owner chooses to purchase a new lot, the value of the remaining lot and structures is set at 1 Euro, and ownership is transferred to the municipality

  • In case of sale of the property, the owner can offer the property to the municipality of Eemsdelta. The municipality reimburses the value of the property based on appraisal
