Are you planning to make your home more energy efficient? You may be able to take advantage of the sustainability loan. This allows you to borrow money to invest in an energy-efficient home.
How you arrange it

What you need to know
The sustainability loan allows homeowners to invest in energy-saving measures. For example, facade, roof or floor insulation, or a solar water heater or heat pump. SVn (Stimuleringsfonds Volkshuisvesting Nederlandse gemeenten) sets the interest rate and further conditions. SVn tests the loans together with the municipality and takes care of the practical implementation for us.
Solar Panels

With a sustainability loan you can, under good conditions and low interest, borrow money to make your home more sustainable.
